Day 1 – Christchurch
Arrive in Christchurch and transfer to the hotel. Free day with optional visit to Antartic Centre or Willowbank Wildlife Reserve.

Day 2 – Christchurch / Glaciers

Take the iconic TranzAlpine train, cross the Canterbury region in the morning. Meet your coach at Arthur’s Pass and head to Greymouth after lunch. Enjoy a scenic drive along the west coast of south island viewing the native forest, flowing rivers and the glaciers. 1 Night stay either in  Fox or Franz Josef Glacier.

 

Day 3 – Glaciers / Queenstown
Depart to Wanaka, passing Haast Pass. Enjoying a lovely lunch by the lakeside. Heading to Queenstown in the afternoon via Cromwell and the Kawarau river.

Day 4– Queenstown /Milford /Te Anau

Travel to the Fiordland National Park – One of the most dramatic and beautiful parts of New Zealand. After a morning tea break in Te Anau, heading to Milford Sound enjoying the beautifully scenic route. Enjoy a one and half hour scenic cruise of Milford Sound, viewing some of the world's highest waterfalls and enjoying a international buffet lunch. Back to Te Anau.
Optional tour tonight,  Te Anau Glowworm Caves (extra cost).

 

Day 5 – Te Anau / Dunedin

Travel to Dunedin. Enjoy a city tour in the beautiful and historical city afternoon include Baldwin Street, Dunedin Railway Station and The University of Otago.

 

Day 6 – Dunedin/Christchurch
Enjoy the scenery in the east coast in south island and travel to Oamaru via Moeraki Boulders. Enjoy a special stone grill lunch in the white stone city(Oamaru). Head to  Christchurch then you will be transferred to the airport to join your flight home.
